Malkin AvenueDavid's family has deep roots in Vancouver. His grandfather arrived in Vancouver in 1894 from Stoke-on-Trent, England and was partner with his two brothers in W.H.Malkin & Co., wholesale grocers, located on Water Street in Gastown where The Spaghetti Factory restaurant now operates. David's great uncle William was mayor of Vancouver in the early thirties and donated Malkin Bowl, an open-air theatre in Stanley Park, to the City in memory of his first wife, Marion. David's father, James, started Malkin and Pinton Industrial Supplies in the late forties and supplied B.C. and Alberta industry through the 90's.

David, exhibiting the Malkin independent streak, opted for real estate. He loves the business but, more importantly, loves helping people. If you want to know of a good restaurant, hotel or anything about or to do in Vancouver, don’t hesitate to contact him.

David has been a top-performer for thirty years, the last twenty years with Re/Max. He is a true gentleman, impeccably honest and will do whatever it takes to help you realize your housing needs.
